College Kid BBQ
I made these sandwiches very frequently in college when I didn’t have a lot of time, ingredients or money to spend on cooking. I always used to make my sandwich with a little extra BBQ sauce and a slice of cheddar cheese. French fries and green beans accompany this easy meal perfectly.

Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
4 tablespoons canola or olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic salt
Ground pepper, to taste
¾ cup barbecue sauce, more or less to taste
Hamburger buns
Directions:
1. Sauté onions over medium-high heat in oil.
2. After onions start to soften, add turkey to the pan.
3. Break the turkey up into smaller pieces, season with garlic salt and pepper and cook 10 to 15 minutes, or until all the turkey has browned.
4. Add as much barbecue sauce as you prefer.
